my work is collaborative, relational, contextual, and somatic.

rather than prescribing tools or trying to “fix” you, i generate practices with you, shaped by your capacity, context, and values. an understanding of neuroplasticity—how nervous systems change through experience, relationship, repetition, and context—grounds this work. i hold space for you to access and integrate your inner wisdom as it moves through existential cycles—growth, loss, rest, and renewal.

together, we may engage processes of:

  • compassion, acceptance, awareness, and curiosity

  • grieving, unraveling, dreaming, and reweaving

  • decolonial inquiry and ancestral remembrance

  • somatic, creative, relational, and environmental practices

i invite moving slowly.
i invite questioning everything.
i attune to inner and outer seasons.
i seek origins with compassion.

what i stand for

  • love

  • liberation

  • anti-racism

  • land back for all

  • cultivating right relationship with self, community, and earth

  • accessing medicine within

healing, to me, is inseparable from social, ecological, and ancestral contexts.

i do not

  • do talk-only therapy

  • rush processes of healing

  • uphold supremacist values

  • give you tools to “fix” you

  • try to save you

  • appease the status quo

  • make assumptions about your experience

this work is rooted in practices that refuse genocide, capitalism, racism, patriarchy, and colonial worldviews, while tending the slow, embodied work of unlearning what we were taught to survive.
