soul mending is a virtual therapeutic group where craft becomes a site of care, repair, and remembrance. together, we work with hands, stories, and sacred presence to tend what has been frayed by grief, burnout, and disconnection.
this group centers somatic awareness, creative process, and relational witnessing. no prior crafting experience is required—only curiosity and care for your own capacity.
