  • individual therapy is a space to tend the fabric of your soul—to listen closely to what your body, history, and relationships are asking for.

    our work may include somatic inquiry, creative and reflective practices, grief work, and decolonial contextualization. this is collaborative work, shaped by your capacity, needs, and values.

  • soul mending is a virtual therapeutic group where craft becomes a site of care, repair, and remembrance. together, we work with hands, stories, and sacred presence to tend what has been frayed by grief, burnout, and disconnection.

    this group centers somatic awareness, creative process, and relational witnessing. no prior crafting experience is required—only curiosity and care for your own capacity.

  • i offer creative workshops and groups that explore craft, ritual, and collective meaning-making. these offerings are not therapy and do not provide mental health treatment or diagnosis.

    they are spaces for learning, creativity, reflection, and connection—rooted in somatic awareness, cultural remembrance, and relationship with materials, land, and community.

    these offerings are open to participants anywhere in the world when held virtually, and in person in the pacific northwest as they develop.
